Privacy policy

This is a fully static site: no accounts, no comments, no submissions, no file uploads. You never enter an email, name or phone number here, so we hold no personal identity data.

To remember your language (中文 / English) and theme (light / dark / follow system) choices, the site stores two short strings in your browser's localStorage. They live on your device only, are never sent to us and are not read by any analytics tool; clearing site data removes them instantly.

Selected detail pages and home-page specimens load public CSS and font subsets from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com / fonts.gstatic.com) so glyphs render more faithfully. Those requests go straight from your browser to a third party and may expose your IP and referring page, under Google's privacy policy. Blocking those domains in your browser simply falls back to system fonts.

This site displays advertisements served by third-party ad networks (Google AdSense and its partners). Those providers (including Google and partners such as DoubleClick) may use cookies, device identifiers or similar technologies to store or read information on your browser, record data about your visits across this site and others, count impressions and clicks, and show you more relevant (personalised) ads.

You can review, manage or turn off personalised advertising in Google's Ad Settings (adssettings.google.com), or opt out via www.aboutads.info (Digital Advertising Alliance) or your browser's cookie settings. Disabling personalised ads does not reduce the number of ads, only how well they match your interests.

How third-party ad providers use your data is governed by their own privacy policies; apart from the advertising purposes above, this site never sells your personal data to any third party.

The site targets professional creators and is not directed at children under 13. Since no personal data is collected, there is no retention period to speak of.
