About this font
A rounded rebuild of Source Han Sans and Serif - the well-known 'Source Han Rounded'. It keeps Source Han's enormous coverage while rounding every stroke start and stop into warm, friendly terminals: five weights from extra-light to heavy, mostly Chinese with Japanese kana and Latin. A natural choice for children, food, toys and any interface or packaging that needs to feel soft and endearing. It is one of the rare fully-rounded CJK free-commercial systems: Source Han-grade coverage plus a complete five-weight ladder, so kids/food/baby scenes that need 'cute without cheap' can run it from logo to body copy without tonal breaks.
Where it works best
Kids' products, baby-food packaging, warm app UI, deck titles. Rounded strokes occupy a little more room: Light/Medium for body, Bold and up for headings; avoid pairing it with another rounded face like ZCOOL KuaiLe. For warm brands end-to-end: logotype, packaging copy, app buttons, PPT headings; Light/Medium for body, Bold onward for headings.

Licence and commercial boundaries

The dominant permissive licence for open fonts: free commercial use, modification, embedding and redistribution. Its core duties are that derivatives stay under OFL without the Reserved Font Name, the licence text travels with the files, and the fonts themselves are never sold standalone. Works typeset with them belong wholly to you.
SIL OFL 1.1: free commercial use, embedding, modification and redistribution; no re-releasing derivatives under the original name. TTF/OTF releases live on the repository's Releases page.
